Reservations
Our Guest Policy:
Reservations are required. A 50% deposit, or minimum of one night's lodging is required, per room, in the form of a personal check or credit card to confirm and hold a reservation. The balance is due in cash, by check, or by credit card at check-out. To confirm a reservation, your deposit must be received no later than 5 days after the reservation was initially made. Late bookings (less than 5 days prior to arrival) require cash, check, or credit card payment in full at check-in. Deposits will be refunded if a seven (7) day notice of cancellation is given. Autumn foliage, holiday, and certain festival weekends require a minimum of a two-night stay.
Check-in time is from 3:00-6:00 p.m. Please call if you need to schedule a different check-in time. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
The Edinburg Renaissance is a non-smoking establishment. Regretfully, we cannot acommodate children under the age of 12 or pets; however, the Renaissance cat, Miss Whitney, is here for your enjoyment.
